WICS: Worldwide Incident Command Services Corporation
WICS is a California incorporated Nonprofit Public Benefit corporation and also the Officially Designated Department of Homeland Security S&T Technology Transition Partner which was created to transition the NICS (Next-Generation Incident Command System) R&D project to a sustainable, reliable, resilient, secure, fully supported operational system. This new system has been named Raven. WICS is fully dedicated to providing uninterrupted services to the emergency management community via Raven and its related capabilities.
